Located in Upland, just outside of Claremont where our business began, this development provides 125 market-rate homes for the Inland Empire. 

The initial community farm is sited outside the Amenity Center with 30 raised beds. We provide weekly care, growing a variety of annual crops, and the garden is open 7 days per week for residents to harvest between our maintenance visits. Maintenance hours are posted so that residents can visit with our farmer during his weekly visits, with a more formal “Harvest” program launching in 2020. 

The farm amenity will also be expanding in 2020 as the neighboring Sunflower at Harvest development comes on-line.
