Landscape Account Manager, Oakland
The Landscape Accounts Manager is the key liaison between Farmscape and its ~50 maintenance clients. This role is anchored in fostering long-term client relationships, ensuring service excellence, driving sales, and coordinating effectively with internal teams.
Schedule: Monday-Friday, onsite hours 7:30am-4:00pm.

Job Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management
- Manage and serve as the point of contact for a portfolio of ~50 active maintenance clients across residential, commercial, and multifamily sites.
- Proactively identify and communicate service upgrades and seasonal enhancements
- Design improvements that align with the client’s vision and Farmscape offerings.
- Conduct routine check ins, client site visits, and service quality assessments to ensure satisfaction and build strong, trusting relationships.
- Address service concerns in a timely and professional manner; facilitate resolution by coordinating with the Maintenance Manager
- Represent Farmscape’s brand and values in all communications with clients, partners, and vendors.
Internal Coordination & Communication
- Coordinate service delivery with Maintenance Manager to ensure schedules, staffing, and logistics align with contract goals
- Prepare proposals and estimates for extra work or enhancements
- Support logistical coordination for new client onboarding, including contract handoff, site walk-throughs, and scheduling.
- Maintain accurate client notes, tasks, and service records in the CRM system.
Project Oversight & Service Quality
- Track account budgets, maintenance agreements, and profitability. Ensure renewals and pricing updates are managed on schedule
- Track client service plans and budgets to ensure services are delivered on time and within scope.
- Identify and escalate issues related to quality, staffing, or materials that may affect client satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years experience in client management, customer success, or project coordination, preferably in landscaping or farming
- Strong interpersonal and written communication skills.
- Highly organized with the ability to track multiple clients and tasks simultaneously.
- Familiarity with Google Workspace and CRM tools
- Ability to travel locally between sites (valid California driver’s license required).
Physical Demands:
- Ability to lift 30lbs
- Ability to perform physical labor outdoors in various weather conditions
