Great Park Neighborhoods

Multi-Family Project

Project Summary

The Great Park Neighborhoods are a contemporary community focused on healthy lifestyles and connection to nature. Our two garden locations, Parasol Park and Pavilion Park, are part of the 1,300 acres of restored green space at this former Marine Corps Air Station, and exemplify the connection between a thriving native landscape and community food production.
