Project Summary
We were excited to transform this coastal canyon property, using our wide range of skills. At the outset of the project, we noted the site’s excellent bones, well-crafted mid-century detailing and design direction. Our task was to revegetate and reinvigorate the land surrounding this historic compound.

The lower hillside of the project site was the second phase of the project. It was designed for maximum color, privacy, and to stabilize the hillside

The green roof planting design took many iterations to balance the intentions of height and beauty with the reality of keeping a garden happy and healthy in 4” of mineral rich soil

This is the installation plan for the LiveRoof, we ended up with a larger portion of sedum in the final mix
